Thankful Thursday

so very grateful to be feeling more energtic and healthier.  I have had the worst chest cold for about two weeks now.  Maybe I should have seen a doctor last week Friday when I called in sick. Oh well.  I had two three day weekends in a row and layed very low both times! Thankful for full nights of sleep and less coughing while doing so!

Winter Camping

When camping in January during the Martin Luther King Jr weekend with your crazy dad you must sleep like this! Reece was so excited to camp out but said he was freezing all weekend. He wore he long underware layer all day long, then to bed and again the next day.  Daddy said he was the best hiker ever climbing mountains for hours!  They spotted all kinds of animal tracks and followed searching eagerly to see the actual animal. 

 

 

Reece also enjoyed readng his two new Batman books and widdling his stick with his new leatherman.  It was a great guys weekend out in the woods!



First Grade Playdate

 

These two sweet girls are so funny together. 

Mikayla is so kind and fun! 

She and Raine were such silly girls while watching Reece play soccer.

We made sure to stop at one of our favorite playgrounds. 

It was a wooping 32 degrees out today and we were the only crazy people at a playground!

 

Wranglers Game

It was the kiddos first time at a hockey game and they were so excited!  I have been missing the hockey season so badly and was thrilled as well.  We went to church, Macy's home store, McDonalds for lunch and then to the game.  It was a great way to finish our winter break before heading back to work and school tomorrow.  Thanks to friends for the free tickets!
